The post op meeting was timely and discharge instructions were clear. The post op office visit process went very smooth. Follow up reminders were essential for me and I appreciated all of them. The office team was very kind during check in. There was almost no wait time. I arrived early to do paperwork and was brought back before I could even finish it. Meeting with Dr. Opoku was quick and easy. She addressed any and all concerns and gave me a lot of clarity on simply understanding what my body had gone through, how it reacted, and how it may continue to react in the future. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have had this positive experience during a difficult time. I did not choose this surgeon, but if there was a situation where my friend or family member needed her expertise, I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
